Associate Director, Research Practice (Quant)
This company is looking for an experienced, commercially minded and quant-focused Associate Director (AD) to join their growing team. If you are a Research Manager, with an established track record of delivering client work to the highest standard, and you have a strong interest in consumer projects and customer understanding, then this is the role for you. Such an inclusive and dynamic agency with a progressive outlook towards working environment and culture.
The role
Your skills & experience
You will have been working as a hands-on, quant specialist in a market research agency or consultancy for the last 6+ years. You have a broad range of interests, are curious about how the business world works and how key insights can influence business decisions. You are used to building strong client relationships, generating revenue, managing people and delivering great work. You will be interested in innovative research techniques and are a great storyteller (going well beyond PowerPoint).
The role
We need an Associate Director to add to the experience and commercial energy of the team. You will play a key role in driving the business forward by generating significant revenue by responding to research briefs from existing clients and helping to establish revenue-generating relationships with new clients (working closely with our business development team to create winning proposals). This includes both commercial and public body clients, and a blend of ad-hoc and tracking projects, using exciting innovative techniques such as segmentations and Biometrics. A keen eye for detail is a must, as well as experience of presenting results to senior client audiences. Working with the rest of the team, you will ensure research projects are delivered to the highest standards, whilst supporting and mentoring team members in their development.
