Our client is a market research practitioner in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and device and diagnostics space and they have a wealth of experience in a wide range of therapy areas, from asthma to zoster and everything in between.
As a Field Controller, you will liaise with external throughout the course of a project. Working in conjunction with members of the project team to ensure seamless running of all projects, you will play an integral part of the core team for delivering against client requirements and project deadlines. Extending your responsibility to provision of quotation requests, sourcing and maintaining strong supplier relationships, the role holder will play a crucially important part in ensuring the smooth execution of projects in a highly organised and efficient way. You will strive to continuously improve and work with other members of the Operations team to successfully implement Operations strategy. You will be financially astute, ensuring project delivery to time and budget whilst always seeking more cost-effective ways to execute high quality fieldwork.
Requirements
They are looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about fieldwork management who will help challenge current thinking and relish the opportunity to explore ways to contribute to improvement and development of an already great team, with line management and coaching opportunities available as part of the role. You will be fully supported as your experience grows and promotions will be merit-based. On joining, you will have a structured induction programme and training plan which you will review with your line manager on a regular basis.
