Omnibus Manager - Maternity leave cover
In a nutshell:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Omnibus Manager to lead the running of our Omnibus studies for a 12 month, maternity cover contract. If you are a quantitative specialist, currently working in a market research agency, have experience of running omnibus studies and are hungry to make more of a personal impact in a fast-growing, successful agency then we need you.
Your skills and experience:
You will be an experienced Omnibus Manager, specialising in quantitative research. You would have been responsible for a wide range of projects, demonstrating your outstanding communication skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines and client management skills on a daily basis. Ideally, you would have some previous experience of designing and running online Omnibus projects. Our Online Omnibus runs three times a week, so it’s a fast-paced role. Your project management experience will include developing questionnaires from scratch, editing questionnaires created by clients, working with operations and data teams, delivering data, and some experience of analysis and reporting. You are passionate about research and you are excited to work across a range of sectors, both UK-based and internationally.
The role:
You will play a key role in running Omnibus research projects, supporting the marketing and promotion of Omnibus, and mentoring other members of the team. You will be proficient at questionnaire design and project management and be confident in client management. You will understand the important role Omnibus plays within the business; attending meetings both internally and externally to sell and grow our Omnibus services. The role will also include the interpretation, analysis and reporting of omnibus results when required and indeed you may be asked to support the wider team on ad hoc reporting and analysis.
