Quantitative Account Director - Director - £50-65,000 – hybrid (London)
Our client is a dynamic, full service agency who offers a broad range of insight approaches, spanning quantitative, qualitative and analytics-led approaches. They are looking for an ambitious and energetic quantitative researcher to maintain and develop existing client relationships which are so fundamental to the success of their business.
The role will involve:
- Running quantitative projects from pitches / proposals through to delivery within a variety of sectors but mostly FMCG, Consumer and some Utilities.
- Building strong relationships with customers, and advising them effectively on a course of action, adding insight to key client issues, and identifying and converting business development opportunities
- Taking an active role in coaching teams
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- Extensive quantitative market research experience
- Experience and involvement with all aspects of the Quant project life cycle.
- Thorough knowledge of the industry, including case studies and significant events. Should have a number of good relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative design and advanced analytics skills are ideal
They are looking for someone with:
- A background in consumer quantitative research within an insight agency
- A growth mindset and a thirst to work on innovative, interesting and integrated
- A real interest in business and marketing – their conversations with clients extend well beyond simply reporting the results of the data
- Ability to identify the clients’ business challenges and offer ground-breaking data-led solutions to answer these
- Superb client relationship, communication and presentation skills
- Inspirational management skills - cultivating enthusiasm and energy will be second nature to you
You must live in or around London as you will need to go to the office 1-2 times pw (more during probation)
You must have the right to work in the UK
