Quantitative Director Role - London

Their aim is to reinvigorate traditional qualitative and quantitative research methods alongside pioneering new ways to deliver fresh insights.

They now have an opportunity for a Quantitative Director to join the London office
As Quantitative Director your role will be to help to lead and grow the deployment of quantitative methods within client work. Clients including Google, GSK, Diageo, Kellogg’s, Mondelez and more, as well as our Social Research team, who work with Government and not-for-profit clients.
The role would involve leading and helping to build client relationships and nurturing and developing the team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to play a key role in the development of the overall business
Overview of the role
Development and delivery of quantitative methods, including (but not exclusively):
- Behavioural applications of conjoint, choice modelling, max diff
- Fast explicit and implicit techniques – evaluative priming, IAT, IRT etc.
- Physiological response measurement (GSR) and eye tracking
- Random controlled tests and behavioural experiment design & evaluation
- Customer experience measurement & evaluation
- Sensory research
- Behavioural journey (longitudinal) tracking
Application of Behavioural Science insights and frameworks
New business generation and client management
Project leadership
Lead the strategic thinking
Team management
Ideal candidate
The role would ideally suit someone with both a background in or at a minimum a keen interest in Behavioural Science as well as a proven track record in quantitative research.
