This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a quant researcher who enjoys being around tech and AI and wants the challenge of joining a growing start-up. Our client as a mission - to remove complexity from research and targeting by using artificial intelligence.
Our client’s customers share a common challenge: finding, understanding, and engaging with their audiences efficiently and effectively. They solve this using agile research and data-driven precision targeting.
You will have the opportunity to support customers by enhancing the platform with your research expertise and knowledge. You’ll have the perfect playground to exercise your curiosity and creativity while leveraging cutting-edge data science to deliver delight to your clients.
You will need a solid understanding of the whole quant research process including designing and scripting surveys. Running custom crosstabs, collaborating with the data scientists to create insights and creating compelling narratives from data to tell the story effectively
You should have:
? 3+ years as a researcher in the quantitative market research industry serving brand
customers.
? Comfortable scripting and designing surveys to high standards
? Proficiency in at least one of the following survey software: Qualtrics, Alchemer, Momentive
? Experience of the entire lifecycle for delivering market research projects, particularly
segmentation, brand tracking, message, and ad testing.
? Exceptional academic background
? Solid understanding of statistics, basic statistical concepts, and tests
? Strong ability to find and leverage relevant scientific publications
? Excellent communications skills
? Experience producing statistical analysis data outputs and ensuring exceptional quality
Standards
? Desire to work in a start-up environment and an understanding of what this entails
? You are keen to learn new methods, technologies, domains, etc.
? You have a proactive attitude. If you see an opportunity to improve what they do - its up to

Nice to have
? Knowledge of Python or R
? Knowledge of SPSS
? Experience managing client accounts
? Experience in sales and developing new business
? Experience in winning business through proposal writing and pitching
? Track record of academic and or popular publications
? Evidence of public speaking at conferences such as TEDx, ESOMAR, MRS, etc
? Active Membership at Market Research Society or ESOMAR
