Our client is a small but growing boutique strategy and innovation consultancy comprised of strategists, insight specialists, and brand experts.
They unlock and accelerate value creation for their clients through reimagining existing businesses, brands, categories, and products in fresh and transformative ways.
Their clients are international and primarily large corporations in consumer-facing goods, including Ferrero (Nutella, Kinder, Tic Tac), Luxottica (Ray Ban, Vogue, Oakley), Essity (Bodyform, Plenty, TENA) and Colgate-Palmolive as well as start ups.
They have a firm focus on ‘outcomes, not outputs’.

Prior agency experience is essential for this role. Applicants should have worked at a research, brand, or innovation agency, demonstrating high-level strategic consultancy skills that has kept clients engaged and coming back.
This role is only suitable for applicants based in or near London, it is full time but could start as an initial three month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Interacting regularly with senior leaders at globally-recognised brands, helping them to crack their toughest challenges and realise their business growth potential
Owning relationships and developing new business, both farming current clients and developing new ones
Bringing data and insight to life in order to create fresh, rigorous and compelling business strategies and solutions
Applying business and commercial acumen to projects through clear rationale-building, opportunity-sizing and scenario-forecastingBuilding and costing plans, delivering projects, and running key meetings including multi-stakeholder presentations and workshops
Deploying knowledge of the latest technologies and global business and consumer trends to inspire and inform others
Devising innovative ideas and methodologies to wow clients and ensure Kitchen8 retains its reputation as a leading-edge partner
Ideal applicants will demonstrate some or all of the following qualities:
In-depth knowledge of brand strategy, insight and innovation, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally including long-term strategic brand development
A track record of successfully leading large-scale international projectsAptitude for working in small teams/company
A proactive, collaborative, and positive attitudeConfidence while working in uncharted territory: pushing the client agenda forward to map out a vision and provide supporting evidence
Natural gravitas, and ability to lead a team towards a goal
