Consultancy roles – Consultant to Director
This Global Consultancy creates connected brands. They resist the usual ways of seeing, doing and thinking — harnessing creativity, technology and culture — to reimagine the entire connected consumer experience. Their goal is to create work that becomes part of people’s lives, to drive value for clients and, in the best of cases, to impact the world.
Ideally they are currently seeking a talented Senior Consultant but could look at a good Consultant or Director. They need an experienced, pro-active and diligent Senior Consultant, that is used to working on fast paced accounts and across multiple work streams. The work is as diverse as their clients, and therefore a high degree of flexibility is needed. Given the unique nature of the work, consulting experience is vital.
You
- A Strategic Thinker with + 5 years in Advisory, Strategy & Insight
- Confident working with multiple data inputs (primary & secondary)
- Able to analyse multiple data inputs to derive insights & learnings for the challenge.

- Demonstrates ability to be involved different types of teams delivering a range of work - across multiple clients to get to the best output, delivered against challenging timelines
- Leads the creation of the right casting and process for different projects, always starting with ‘What do we need to do to get to the best possible work?’
- Actively manages conflict and solves problems to resolve issues quickly
- Understands different specialist skills and how to build teams around them
- Can work under their own initiative, seeking support proactively when required

- Builds client relationships to ensure best outcomes for both agency and client
- Creates mutual respect and trust so when necessary they can have the tough conversations about timings, budgets etc.
- Actively manages conflict and solves problems to resolve issues quickly
- Identifies and creates opportunities for client and agency growth

- Can build a significant commercial understanding of the client’s brand and category
