Our client has a fantastic new opportunity an enthusiastic and talented junior researcher with a methodical mind, a flair for survey design and an interest in developing their career in a technology and automation environment, as it continues to re-shape the industry.

Since its inception 7 years ago, our client has been at the vanguard of better automated research. In order to continue to drive this, they need talented research professionals working and growing within the business. Their internal research team injects quality thinking into the products and platform solutions they offer to their users.

You will be working in a fast-moving environment with some extremely smart people changing the market research industry as you know it.

You will be putting yourself in the minds of research buyers and making automation easy for them. You will be finding out about machine learning, artificial intelligence and user experience design.

And you will be having a great time!

The role

You would join a small but crucial internal Research team that touches almost all teams and work streams around the business, from software development, to UX design, to project execution, to marketing and sales.

The role is diverse - no two days are the same - but will have particular focus in the following areas:

Assisting in the design of new research products and projectsBringing those products to life using their internal platformsDriving quality control in everything they createSupporting their UX research initiative which seeks to understand how our users interact with our platform and how to improve their experience.Lubricating everyday decision making across the business by consulting on research matters, drawing on the experience you have amassed to date and the support of others in the team.

This role will expose you to the full range of our client’s internal platforms. It is therefore essential that you are not easily daunted by new tech and can demonstrate an ability to apply yourself to mastering it within a reasonable time frame.
