Senior Strategy Consultant role – (Director CIRCA 60-85k )

As a Senior you have a leading role in both delivery of client projects and development of client accounts, inspiring and guiding other team members to deliver great work.
You will take a strong interest in the wider research and consultancy world, constantly looking to improve their offer and delivery to clients.
Key responsibilities:
Project work
•Taking a leading role on projects - ensuring you take the appropriate role on each project, allowing room for others to develop and shine whilst ensuring the highest quality outcome for the client
•Involvement at all stages of the project from interrogation of the brief, to design of the solution, analysis and insight generation, creation of impactful outputs and taking part in workshops, debriefs etc.
•Demonstrating and ensuring the consistent use of the consultancy tools
•Ensuring best in class quality of both your own delivery of client work and the teams
•Building effective and efficient project teams as required by the brief/scope of project.
•Taking overall responsibility for the delivery of projects, acting as an escalation point as required.
Clients
•Leading existing accounts – managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities within these clients.
•Playing a leading role in writing proposals and having responsibility for pricing of projects, effective deployment of resources and taking a long-term view in building client relationships.
People
•Responsibility for development of people as part of a project team – giving feedback, identifying opportunities for Associates or less experienced Principals to develop.
•Sharing ideas through collaboration, coaching/buddying with colleagues.
•Taking a mentoring role with Associates for longer term career development
•Spotting and dealing with (or escalating) any issues with performance, happiness or wellbeing of colleagues
